I'd get another LT-101.Īs a mechanical design engineer, I still think the UTG slim (0.5') is better than either the YHM (0.5') or the Bobro (5/8') but the LT-101 (5/8') and leupold are the best of the bunch - just depends on whether you want QD or Torx. Where I stand, I wouldn't own the Bobro anymore if I didn't need all 15 slots at 5/8' high. The Leupold is only 11 slots but it's like the same length as a 13 slot riser.

The Leupold Mark AR IMS (0.56 or 9/16') is also excellent as well on par with the LaRue quality/finish and has recoil lugs and it's 1/2 the price (because there's no QD). The YHM and LaRue is 13 slots and Bobro's comes in 15 slots or 10 slots. If you're looking for a 5/8' riser and you don't need the little bit extra longer extra length of the Bobro double decker then the LT-101 (which I also have) is a notably better choice than the Bobro cheaper, better finish, twin recoil lugs, QD, and better resale. I guess it looks better than the YHM so it has that going for it. But it's a lot like the YHM one though (which I also have) and the screws are threaded running all the way through and no recoil lugs. Features: - a fresh new look precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aircraft grade aluminum and finished in a matte black anodize - distinctively scalloped Picatinny slots for snag free mounting of optic - 20 MOA compensation maximizes optic adjustment for zeroing at long range distances - utilizes locking torx screws and square. I have the longer double decker and it's OK gets the job done. Leapers UTG super slim 20 MOA elevated Picatinny mount, 13 Slot.
